We are committed to do all in our power to ensure our clients’ orders are completed fully and without delay. However, please note the delivery date cannot be guaranteed as volume of orders, postal mishandling and technical malfunctions could have an influence. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekend and select holidays. It takes 5-10 business days to process your order. Once the order is processed and shipped out, an email with your tracking number will be sent. Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.

Duties and International Fees
Typically, applicable customs or import duties are charged when the package arrives at its destination country. Fees on a shipment have to be paid by the receiver (also applicable to retail and wholesale customers). These fees are paid to your local carrier or government. These fees are not implemented or collected by EREN, and cannot be refunded. EREN does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate or confirm what the fees would be, since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We recommend contacting the local customs office for information on fees before placing your order, to avoid unforeseen charges.
Order Cancellation and Modification
If you decide to cancel or modify your order please write to us at email@example.com as soon as you can. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If the wrong shipping address is provided, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small time gap to correct/change the address of your order and cannot guarantee the change. If the parcel is shipped with the incorrect address the courier may not accept an address change. If the parcel is returned and the buyer requests to reship the parcel, additional shipping fees may be applied.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached.
Every item is checked and photographed prior to dispatch and kept as a record. Any intentional damage to the product prior to return will be charged in full and cannot be returned.
To complete your return, please email us at email@example.com the reason for the return and we will send you further instructions.
All sale items are final sale and may not be returned.
Returns must be received by EREN in their original condition, not having been worn or altered, and with all original tags, belts, designer packaging, and other items which may have accompanied your purchase still attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless item is damaged or EREN has made a shipping error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt of goods will not be accepted.
Free UK Returns
If you would like to return an item and it is in new, unused and saleable condition you will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. Please mention your order number and item name. Items should be returned within 14 days of their delivery date.
We will send you the return label and you would need to book the collection calling the number provided along with the return label.
Make sure to attach the return label to the outside of the box.

You must arrange your return shipment. You are responsible for the full cost of the return shipment. You will need to email us your chosen shipping provider and the tracking number.
We are not responsible for any returns shipments but you must let us know the details of the shipping information. You will need to send multiple copies of the commercial invoice, and any other required shipping documents with the returned item to ensure there are no customs clearance issues.

For international returns please clearly mark "Returned British merchandise, no commercial value". If you fail to do so, we will not be liable for any customs charges incurred.
Please note: The customer takes full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Original shipping charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
If a delivery is refused by the receiver and returned to EREN, any duties, taxes, postage or customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund issued.
Please retain your proof of postage until you have received your refund.
